VTuber RiggingVTuber Rigging refers to the technical process of animating your Live2D model for use in programs such as VTube Studio and VBridger. Rigging is offered in different formats chibi, half body, and full body and at two levels of complexity: Simple and Complex.Simple rigs include standard movement (XYZ), basic expressions, and light physics.
Complex rigs feature enhanced movement (including head tilt and body lean), detailed physics, advanced mouth shapes, multiple expressions, and compatibility with tools like VBridger.The type of rig you’ll need depends on your intended usage and performance goals.
Common features in complex rigs include:
- Idle animations
- Hand and foot movement
- Hair and accessory physics with collision detection
- Advanced eye tracking (e.g. parallax, wide/narrow)
- AIUEO mouth shapes for expressive speechAdditional add-ons such as emotes, outfits, alternate hairstyles, and companions can also be included for an extra fee. Rigging is tailored to your model’s capabilities and layered PSD.Estimated turnaround time depends on complexity and availability. Updates will be provided throughout the process.VTuber Model ArtVTuber Model Art is the base artwork that gets rigged for animation. This includes layered PSD files prepared specifically for Live2D use. You may commission chibi, half-body, or full-body models depending on your needs.All models are:
- Fully drawn with separated layers for rigging
- Organized and labeled for easy import into Live2D

Terms of Service (TOS)
LAST UPDATE: 1/14/2025This contract applies to the artist, hereafter referred to as the Seller, and the person or institution, hereafter referred to as the Customer, purchasing from the Seller a work of art, hereafter referred to as the Product. By ordering a Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:════ ◖PaymentsPayment Schedule:
1. The Customer agrees to pay the full amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $100.
2. For orders above $100, the Customer agrees to pay 50% of the invoice total upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the initial sketch.
3. Any other payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon before work on the Product commences.Payment Commencement:
4. Work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by the Seller according to the agreed-upon schedule.Non-Split Payments:
5. Certain types of work do not allow for split payments. In such cases, the Customer will be informed and asked to agree on a different payment schedule before any work can commence.Accepted Payment Methods:
6. Payments are to be made through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App in $USD only.
7. If the Customer wishes to use an alternative payment method, they must contact the Seller to discuss.════ ◖Product DeliveryDigital Delivery:
8. The Product will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the Customer after the final payment has been received by the Seller.Alternative Delivery Methods:
9. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, must be mutually agreed upon before the work commences. The Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees, etc.Customer Responsibility:
10. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to propose a delivery method that works for both parties. The Seller cannot be held accountable for the Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters, or any other technical obstacles outside the Seller's responsibility.
11. Upon delivery of the Product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of the Product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. The Seller cannot guarantee that the original copy of the Product will be available if the Customer loses their files.════ ◖RevisionsSketching Phase:
12. The Customer has the right to three complete revisions during the sketching phase.Post-Completion Edits:
13. The Customer has the right to a reasonable number of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests beyond that will require mutual agreement and result in a proportional increase in order value. Additional charges will be invoiced separately and must be paid before work continues.════ ◖Refund PolicyRefund Eligibility:
14. Before Work Begins: Full refunds are available if the commission is canceled before any work has started.
15. After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be available based on the amount of work completed, at the Seller's discretion.
16. After Draft Approval: Once the initial draft is approved, refunds are not allowed.Cancellation by Artist:
17. The Seller reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, regardless of work completed.════ ◖Estimated Completion TimeThe time required to complete your commission varies based on factors such as complexity, current workload, and personal circumstances. Below are general estimates for each commission type:- Vtuber Commissions:
- Rigging: Approximately 2 months
- Artwork Cutting: Approximately 1 month
- Model Art: Approximately 2 months
- Scuffies: Approximately 1 week- Emotes:
- Static Emotes: Approximately 1 month
- Animated Emotes: Approximately 2 months- Character Design: Approximately 1 month- Reference Sheets:
- Mini Reference: Approximately 1 week- Illustrations: Timeframe varies between 1 week to 2 months, depending on complexity- Squibbles: Approximately 1 MonthThe Seller will keep the Customer informed of any changes or delays during the commission process.════ ◖Rush OrdersRush orders are available upon request and approval. A rush fee will apply depending on the required timeframe and complexity:- Rush Fee: An additional 25%–50% of the total commission value.
- Rush Timeline: Must be discussed before the invoice is issued. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed.════ ◖File Formats & Delivery18. Unless otherwise requested, final Products will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files.
19. Additional formats (e.g., PSD, MP4, GIF) must be agreed upon in advance and may incur an extra fee.════ ◖Watermarking20. Work-in-progress and unpaid final files may be watermarked. These watermarks will be removed only upon receipt of the full payment.════ ◖Archival Policy21. The Seller will retain commission files for up to 6 months following final delivery. After this period, the Seller is not responsible for storing or recovering files.════ ◖Confidentiality22. If the Customer requires confidentiality (e.g., NDA or timed reveal), this must be discussed prior to beginning work. The Seller may agree to withhold posting the Product until a specified date.════ ◖Copyright & Usage PolicyPersonal Use:
23. Commissions are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
24. The Customer may use the artwork for personal display, social media profiles, or personal websites, provided proper credit is given.Commercial Use:
25. If the Customer wishes to use the commission for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, logos), they must purchase the commercial rights for an additional charge.Clarifications:
26. Personal use does not include monetized merchandise, brand logos, or promotional material. Personal streaming overlays and character references are allowed unless commercial use is specifically intended.Prohibited Uses:
27. The Customer may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without prior written consent.
- Alter the artwork without permission.
- Use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs.
- Use the artwork in any AI training datasets or related technologies.Artist's Rights:
28. The Seller retains the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, social media, and websites unless otherwise agreed upon.════ ◖Chargebacks29. By commissioning the Seller, the Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after the work has begun or the Product has been delivered. If a problem arises, the Customer agrees to communicate directly with the Seller to seek resolution.════ ◖CancellationsSeller's Right to Cancel:
30. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, under the condition of providing a full refund, without providing reasons to the Customer.Disrespectful Behavior:
31. Any disrespectful or abusive behavior toward the Seller may result in cancellation of the order. Depending on the progress made, a full or partial refund will be issued.════ ◖AgreementBy commissioning the Seller, the Customer agrees to all the terms outlined in this document. Any significant changes to these terms will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.
